Climate Resilient Landscapes

Landscapes naturally have features that are resilient to the impacts of climate change. These features can include forests, meadows and grasslands, rivers with room to move, wetlands, mangroves, and dunes.

We can help nature help us with climate change by working with these features, not against them. We can also choose to put nature first or learn from nature with our human-made features.

In this activity, you will research various climate resilient landscapes and green city design features, and then design your own green city/landscape!
