In this activity, we will explore how waterways impact our health by using Te Whare Tapa Whā.

Think about how your body, mind, whānau, spirit, and connection to the land are all supported by healthy water.

Reflect on:

  • How water gives you special feelings or helps you feel connected spiritually

  • How water affects your mind/mood

  • How water helps your body

  • How water helps the land, plants, animals, and us stay healthy

  • Memories with others in/near water
