Collaboration with Maya Templer

We’re excited to announce that The Seed Pod has joined forces with talented local illustrator - Maya Templer who is based here in Ōtautahi/Christchurch!

In 2024 we will be extracting the most impactful stories from each podcast episode from Season 1&2 to transform them into visually stunning science communication resources.

By merging environmental education with the wonderful world of the arts, we aim to captivate our audience's imagination, strengthen their emotional ties to nature, encourage introspection, inspire awe and compassion, and, most importantly, spur them into positive action on the ground to protect nature for future generations.

Maya has just finished creating our stunning website illustrations, and we are obsessed! Thanks to Maya for bringing our stories to life through art!
