Imposter Syndrome

Let's talk imposter syndrome! It holds many of us back... especially in the changemaking and youth leadership spaces (but also as professionals). We are often working within spaces and roles where we are navigating challenging conversations and concepts, and a lot of us do this really well! But it doesn't stop us from questioning whether we have the skills, whether we have 'enough experience', and if we're doing the right thing. In my opinion if you are asking yourself these questions you are most likely exactly where you need to be, and the reason you're questioning yourself is because you're authentically breaking down barriers and systems, and changing the status quo for a greater purpose than just yourself. As a leader in these spaces, you will get those who challenge you, question you, and try to dismiss you. That's all the more reason to keep going... and to cling onto your cheerleaders! I'm super thankful for this community who have helped empower many within this space, myself included! We're in this together! You are good enough!

Also, as always, feel free to reach out, I'd love to chat and support where I can!
